KB929777 cannot be installed

Hooray, finally its working :-) . After flashing new BIOS all is OK. So if someone will looking for similar problem, here is the info:
mobo - MSI G31M3
original BIOS version - A7528IMS v3.1 062508
new BIOS version - A7528IMS v2.1 070308

Thanks to all for your advises and help.
