I'm currently running a triple core AMD Black Phenom processor OC'd @ 3.0GHz, would it be worth it/would I see a noticeable performance increase if I upgraded to a Black Edition Quad Core Phenom @ 3.0GHz?

try tightening the timings on your memory. i had mine at 7-7-8-21 before. i got them to the 5-5-5-15 (recommended settings) and i got a 20fps+ boost in far cry 2 and some minor performance gain in crysis warhead (then again, warhead is optimized for nvidia and it will bring any system to its knees... =(
