ieframe.dll bad image issue

I have recently gained access to a Vista installation disk that is 32 bit but not the same Vista I have installed. The installation disk is for Windows Vista Ultimate w/ service pack 1 where as my system is currently running Windows Vista Home Premium Service Pack 2. Will I still be able to find and use files from that installation disk?

I think you could probably use it for four of the files. I have my doubts about settings.ini. What are the dates for all of the files?

I am not sure how to check the date of the files. Any suggestions?

The easiest thing to do is to open Windows Explorer and search on the Vista disc to find the folder a file is in. Then open the Folder. Go to View and select Details. If no date is shown, right click on an empty part of the gray bar where Name is. Select More. Go down to Date and checkmark it. The date will then be shown. You could then compare it to the same files on your hard drive.
