My Computer

I am running IE 7 at the present time. Tried Firefox a couple of times but didn't care for all the downloads (icons) on my screen. With reguards to IE 7 I have two questions, (1) slow to load, it makes 5 or 6 clicking sounds and it appears. (2) Tune-up Utilities informs me that I have 64 bit but only using 32 and could gain memory by upgrade. Can I increase RAM by using a card or a plug in. I have 270 GB free of 289 GB so its not a space problem. Finale question can not view videos on line with out the constant start and stop for buffing, Same with some of my e mail. Thank you for your help. This forum and it's members are great.
