i had a company randomly ring our house today ! they said that my pc was badly infected and here is the site they said there from VIRTUAL PC DOCTOR | Tech Support | Technical Support | Online Tech Support | Technical Help

they took me threw some applications on my pc and sure enough there was warning signs and errors they stated that spyware would no pick this stuff up ,

they wanted to do a remote server to use my pc to fix the issue !

i went along with this as far as this then backed out , scam dont no ! i think so

any way here is the faults i took a quick snap shot while he was talking to me

is this in danger of my pc ?? there is roughly over 100 faults i ntoiced as a quick scan

i have ran spyware doctor , and malwarebytes but nothing shows up at all ,
i need to no asap if this warning signs are a danger to my pc or not thanks
please note there are probably over 100 error and warnign signs in this section i snapped and also, there is another section i cant remeber how to get there now

You only really need to worry if the warning says critical most of those are just telling you things are starting and stopping as they should.

Malwarebytes see that link u gave me , is this just like a cleaner it doesnt scan for virus??

It scans for malicious software "malware" but one scanner won't get everything you should have anti-virus software too.Don't run two scanners at the same time.
Malwarebytes is regarded as one of the best.
Avira-AntiVir and Windows Security Essentials are considered good Anti-Virus programs.
All are free.

Maybe they showed you all those information pages to get you to buy something or maybe to get you to open your computer to remote access.

1. Open the start menu
2. In the search box, type cmd
3. Right click on command prompt, and select Run as Administrator
4. In command prompt, type the following and press enter:

sfc /scannow

Doing a SFC scan will attempt to fix any problems with the windows system files that may have been damaged by this program

2. CCleaner

Download and install CCleaner:

CCleaner - Optimization and Cleaning - Free Download

Run the cleaner, and the registry cleaner but BACK UP THE REGISTRY WHEN PROMPTED

3. DDS

Just to check that it hasn't done any damage, can you download and run this:

This will create two text files, one called DDS and one called Attach

Can you save these text files and attach them with your next post? As well as the malwarebytes log?

This is definitely a SCAM. Your first line gave all the warning and information required, an unsolicited phone call.

Besides, how would they know if your PC was infected? That would imply that they themselves had already infected it. The other point is, how did they get your phone number? Your ISP will have it because they need that information in order to provide you with your Internet service, but they shouldn't disclose it to anyone else without your permission or where required to do so by law (even then, this has to be requested by the courts). If, however, you are listed in the phone book/directory, then your number is already in the public domain. This would tie in with what you stated that the company rang you first. All they (the company) would need is the phone book/directory for your area (they themselves would have this for their own area, which could be the same as your locale). It is likely, though, that they would have these for the whole of the country and would supplement them with online services.

i just noticed in one transcript (dds) it has alot of java . in a section called bin i have just made a post about this as well , after you have a look at this please look at this link next , thankyou so much

Yeah that looks sweet.Someone else will have to help with the java as I don't know what you have going on there I only have 1 file for java.

Ok, you're dds files show nothing unusual except from the Java issue. You seem to have multiple instances of java running at the same time.

If you still have Revo Uninstaller, uninstall Java completely, and then download it again from the official website:

Download Free Java Software - Sun Microsystems

Then reboot and see if the problem remains
