I can't log back into my vista! please help!

Malware can cause all kinds of problems, including boot problems.

If you can boot I would do a system file check.
Go to start search and type cmd,hold shift and ctrl and press enter.
That will open command prompt in administrator mode.
Type sfc /scannow into the box that opens and press enter.

i could'nt even log on in safe mode.

That is unfortunate, the SFC would have been a good diagnostic tool. I would have suggested it myself if I had thought of it.

You may have to do a reinstall.
Do you have much on the computer that you would like to keep?
Do you have access to another computer that can burn an ISO to a DVD?
You could use a Ubuntu live cd to access your vista files and remove anything you want to keep, then reinstall.
If this is something you might like to try,post back for more detailed information on how to do this.
