I can not log on to my canon pictures, or my online game.

:huh: Hi I just joined in hopes that I may get some help with this issue. I have not been able to log on to certain things on my computer. I always used these two things and now nothing. When I try to log on I get message containing one of the fallowing:
C:/windows/system32/ACTXPRXY.dll
C:/windows/system32/qcap.dll
C:/windows/system32/regsvr32.exeR6034
C:/window/winSxS/x86_microsoft.vc80.crt_1fc8b3b9a1e18e3b_8.0.50727.6195_none_d09154e044272b9a/msvcp80.dll
I am so very frustrated with this whole thing. I have bought and paid for a "top of the line program" in fact I have two running on my pc!
I really am at a big stop!
I know of a few sites that might be able to help me with obtaining a new windows install disk, for I do not have one. Or did and do not now. Any help?

Hello Ash and welcome to the forums

I'm Tom and I'll be helping you today.

I've got a few things that I would like you to try:

SFC Scan

1. Open the start menu
2. In the search box, type cmd
3. Right click on cmd and select Run as administrator
4. In command prompt, type:
   
   sfc /scannow
   
   
5. Let it run and let me know if it finds any Integrity Violations

System Look

Please download SystemLook from one of the links below and save it to your Desktop.

• Double-click SystemLook.exe to run it.
• Copy the content of the following codebox into the main textfield:
  

  :filefind
  ACTXPRXY.dll
  qcap.dll
  msvcp80.dll

• Click the Look button to start the scan.
• When finished, a notepad window will open with the results of the scan. Please post this log in your next reply.

Note: The log can also be found on your Desktop entitled SystemLook.txt


Have you had any problems with malware recently? Don't worry, there's no reason for me to think you're infected, but malware causes all sorts of mess on a computer.
