How to remove installed updates

I have several issues going on with my system. however I want to tackle each, one at a time.
This past November my system crashed. I did a clean install Shortly there after I began receiving the information I have provided below:

A Windows update did not install properly. Sending the following information to Microsoft can help improve the software.

So I reviewed my history updates as well as problem reports and have come to the conclussion that I want to remove all the updates that I didn't monitor as I had in past. in order to find the which update is causing my system to act crappy at times.

1) how do I remove installed updates to start fresh?

Another problem began showing up more since MS has not resolved my configurations started stopping. It too is reported but not resolved. I pasted it below:
