How to do Unattend Install of Vista

When I go to COMPUTER it has the order of my partitions C,D,E and on the left side it has them C,D,E going downward. Its only like this(C,(E,(D in the top of COMPUTER MANAGEMENT, but when I click on VOLUME it changes from (C,(E,(D to (D,(E,(C . You think cause of the drives looking like this C:,E:,D: it wont allow me to install software in the D drive (applications ) .

In Disk Management

The list at the top should read****** C
*************************************D
*************************************E

order - change them so they are. You see how this will match C D E at the bottom.

If you right click computer it justs lists them alphabetically - this tells you nothing.

They must match up in order in Disk Management

Just uploaded a PRNTSCRN of my EXPLORER , when I go to start orb right click on computer then click on explorer

Seems as if your drive letters and paths have got messed up. This might be an easier way for you to sort it out.

You might to try deleting E partition and D partition.

Then Extend C to the full size of the disk

Then recreate D and E partitions.

Do all this in Disk Manangement by right clicking the volumes ot the bottom.

Do not try to change the list at the top.

Restart your computer and hopefully it will sort itself out.

I cannot suggest any more than this.
