Ok, go ahead and move it back to the desktop. Right click it, then rename it to this: lol

Then select it, hold shift, and press delete. If that doesn't work I will make a file to delete it.

Yes, try safe mode. This is very odd... Does it give you an error when trying to move it to the desktop?

but it become like in this picture..show moving but nothing happen till end.

If you can get it on the desktop I should be able to delete it. It just needs to be on the desktop...

Try this method:

start search > type run > hit enter > in the empty box type cleanmgr > choose all files on this computer > accept the UAC > now UNCHECK every single box except the recycle bin. So only have the recycle bin marked.

Then press 'OK' at the bottom. This should empty the recycle bin...

Choose all users of this computer. Then it will display everything you can delete. Only have the recycle bin checked...
