HIGH OR LOW desnity RAM for my Hp Pavilion a1719n

I have an hp pavilion a1719n
MY motheboard is HERE its an P5LP-LE (Leonite)
I would like to add 2 Stick of 1GB each to add more memory but i do not know if i should buy high or low density ram? can anybody tell me or lead me to a website where i can find out if its high or low density?
i already have installed 2x512MB (1Gb total) that i would like to keep.
my Ram stick are PC2-4200 DDR2 533MHZ
My system is a 32bit system
So will it be LOW or HIGH Density RAM?

Dont mix and match, buy all at the same time.
Dont try to save a little now and spend a lot later.
