help

Hey guys, I went on to Shauns pc using teamviewer RDP equivalent. Porn was kinda the problem with over 100 different infections detected on 2 different programs. I backed up his files (movies and pictures) scanned them for good measure, deleted the infected ones, and burnt them to disc.
He doesnt have a vista cd, so I got him to call benq and get them to send him a replacement one. I instructed him on what to do from there.

Long story short. Self replicating programs, Stuff apparently taking his bank details and him losing money (why you would internet bank knowing you have viruses on your pc I will never know), He has a backup, all he needs to do is a clean install when they send him the discs. (system restore was hijacked, dont even bother telling me what to do with that pc, this really was his only option)
