looking for some help,
when i start my laptop i get an error message
no disk - exception processing message 0xc0000013 parameters 0x758392A00x00000004 0x758392A0

i had the problem a few weeks ago and thougth i`d solved it by changing my boot setings in my bios, unfortunatly the problem has come back, dont really want have to do this every few weeks and hoping someone could give me a permanant solution.

You will get the above mentioned error when the drive letter of a removable disk or other media drive connected to your PC clashes with the existing disk drive letter.

If your removable media shows up with a drive letter named C:\ or any other existing drive letters, you need to change its drive letter. Here's what you need to do:

Important: You should login as an administrator to perform the following steps.Click

Start and key in "Computer Management" in the search box.

Click on Computer Management.

An Intermediate dialog box may appear stating "Windows needs your permission to continue". Click Continue to proceed.

In the Computer Management window, click Disk Management under Storage option.

You will find all the storage devices connected to your PC here.

To change the drive letter, right-click on the connected removable media and click the option Change Drive Letter and Paths...

Select the drive letter you want to assign from the drop down.

To confirm, click OK.

Click Yes for the following message.

This should take care of your problem.
