try this...........on bootup press F2 tilll you get to the bios options when in bios press F9 this will set the bios to its factory settings , then press F10 to save to cmos and exit (you press ENTER to confirm and if it asks Y for yes you use your arrow keys to navigate up and down)

if its still the same you may have to slow down your memory see if thats the issue

you will need to go back to bios then to the "default frequency ratio" and set it too "disabled"

then goto "advanced memory configuration" or "advanced chipset configuration" and set your memory to 600mhz (this option may not be there it may say 300mhz as its dual channel so set that 300 x 2 = 600)

if it boots fine at the slower speed yuo can either leave it at that or if you want to run it at 800 you may need to increase the voltage to your ram to increase its stabilty but thats not for me to advise i dont want to screw your mobo (its easy and safe if your carefull but you will have to research that)

heres your bios info

one more thing , post up the the model number or a link to your ram modules and using the instructions i linked you too as a referance tell what voltage is currently being supplied to the memory (itl be under DDR Voltage or memory voltage in the advanced options)

im asking because all mobos default to 1.8v for ddr2 some of the higher end stuff runs at between 2.1 and 2.3v , it can run fine on 1.8 till you try and upgrade it , this MAY also be the issue
