Help - Blue Screen problem

hi i have 1 1g new memory in and all is fine download sp1 comp seems slower now put second 1g memory in and blue screen comes up when tryin to do more than i thing have removed second 1g memory.Can my comp not handle 2g of ram.

Max memory 2GB - is your second stick DDR2 PC2-5300, or something like that?

Hi ive just on a paclard bell driver detective and it says my system is a r4 serious r4622 but when i order my memory for crucial memory their scan said it was a easy note mz 35 any way i can identfiy my system as the modle says argo c

On the bottom of your notebook it should state the model number (as well has have serial number, etc).

So are you not getting blue screens anymore? It's strictly processor at 74%. Forgive me if this was asked before, but what are the percentages for the highest processes?

hi comp is runing fine with just 1g ram but 74% when idle (show as side bar). When add second 1g stick blue screen comes up i have swaped sticks to see if it was a faulty stick but both work fine on their own. so basicall when i add second stick to bring it up to 2g i get the blue screen .

Right, but when you have 2GB installed, and you look at processes (see image attached), you can view the percentage of CPU utilized. And if you click on the CPU column, it will sort by CPU. Please do so and let us know what processes are taking up the most CPU, and what percent the highest ones are. You can even snipit.

will put second gig in and see if i can get this far with out a blue screen

hi clicked just cpu task manger is highest on 08 not sure if this helps

WAIT. I must be brain dead. The greater the percentage of system idle the better. As system idle increases, the total cpu usage decreases.
