Graphics Card Recommendation
Hi Gunther and Spd2Last,
Do not forget that buying the card pre OC'd will have a warranty, usually a limited lifetime one, where the non OC'd stock card will have it's warranty voided when OC'd by the user.

Got me, but I'm sure that have their ways of telling.
I have never lost a video card before I wanted to replace it anyway either, but I suppose there's that chance of a defective one.

Well, from the 2 ways that I'm aware of OCing a video card is through software such as Rivatuner and by modding its BIOS. It would be pretty easy to tell if you fried your card by OCing through the BIOS of the card, but OCing by software? hmm

Well as in I used Rivatuner to oc.. and I only use that OC'd profile when gaming or benching.. so if it died I don't think they could tell.. cuz it's only on my computer that changes it.. and if it died during regular use it would not be OC'D. I don't kno. just a thought. lol

Well, if it died while OC'd - I think they'd be able to tell pretty easily, cause the settings would remain as they were set when it died, right?
Unless you were to fry the actual nVidia BIOS, that is....
