Solved getting not responding message all the time

hi

im getting not responding message way to often
when i open downloads or start menu etc windows explorer has stopped responding message etc
sometimes a window with the option to stop or resart or wait till it responds

i tried in start mode and all worked ok does this mean its driver related?


any help would be greatly appreciated

ok just ran sfc scan and it found some corrupt files had to reboot to finish fix.
i have done that how do i find out if it fixed the problems successfully or not?

have just run the cmd to get the results have posted them below.. does this mean they have fixed? thanks again for helping

actually so far so good not had not responding since "fingers crossed"

so do you think from the sfc log and the fact its not doing it as yet that it has fixed the issue?
