You can try theStreaming Audio Recorder Software Download for PC and Mac SoundTap Streaming Audio Recorder, but the Vista 64bit is not supported,

The second software isReal Media, Shoutcast and Windows Media Streaming recorder, YouTube Flash capture, Live Streaming Webcam Capture Software Web Streams Recorder pro. They are not free.
