I noticed that Opera does use a .exe for each tab that's open. Didn't check it for SeaMonkey.
that's because Seamonkey uses one "unified" EXE process and its not "multi-process" like with recent Chrome, Firefox & Opera versions
Seamonkey devs chose not to do a "multi-process" edition of it
