Hi mikfl1987,
If you mean that you want the shortcut of Exporer to open somewhere else, then do this:
1. Right click on Explorer Shortcut (Start Menu > All Programs > Accessories)
2. Click Properties.
3. In the "Target" area type "%SystemRoot%\explorer.exe" (no quotes) then add the full path to where you wanted it to open to.
4. Click OK to apply.
EX: You want it to open to C:\ drive
Type "%SystemRoot%\explorer.exe C:\" (no quotes) in Target area.
EX: For say your Username's Picture folder.
Type "%SystemRoot%\explorer.exe C:\Users\(your username)\Pictures" (no quotes in Target area.
I believe you get the idea.
