Event ID 100 - cannot solve problem

No, I did not. I am having trouble finding them.
Network adapter is NVIDIA nForce 10/100 Mbps Ethernet. Most recent driver is from 8/1/2008.
Sound controller is Realtek High Definition Audio. Most recent driver is from 2/11/2009.

Start with a system restore before you put in Soluto, so that it can be removed without a problem if necessary.

Soluto won't open. It gets stuck on the "Loading..." sticker.
