Solved error loading winmcw.rom

i this is venkat..
When i start my pc iam getting rundll error..
and it shows on desktop like this.. every time i boot my pc..

( error loading winmcw.rom
the specified module couldnot found...)

Any pls help me how to fix it..

Does this allow you to boot up? Or does it display an error, and not let you do anything?

Also, can you please fill out your system specs?
