Yeap, I've done that, and I took out some of them, for example the UPnP service. Should I take out the TrkWks that they describe inside?

As I mentioned before, after I took them out, ran CCleaner, MalwareBytes and arrange my startup config, it runs faster.

The problem that bugs me most is this

Why now? I had it the same for two years, why all of a sudden now when nothing hasn't changed for at least two weeks?

Tried safe mode yesterday and today before it got smoother, had no problems apart from 15% memory usage and around 10% CPU.

Will try now and come back in a couple of hours, bedtime for me.

Go to process explorer. Take a screen shot, so we can see what is eating your RAM.

Using RAM isnt necessarily bad. It just means your computer is working on a lot of things, and not as many things are getting to the page file as before. If you not using much of ur RAM wouldnt it be a waste of money?

Right things got annoying once more - RAM is once again 50% and CPU now goes often to 100%.

I noticed one thing - it happens around 10 seconds after I enter Vista, so it has to be something that goes after this time, something that starts up.

I ran a System Health diagnostic last night and for 60 seconds, the report pointed out to me that 20% of my CPU is always used by DCOM Launch and Plug and Play. How do I deal with them? They are the main part of the svchost that eat up the energy.

I'm doing the Process Explorer now.

I noticed it goes very slow after the fans kick in high gear - aka high heat. Checked with SpeedFan, temperature was above 60 degrees when it started.
