You say that you had 'tried' to download the Dell Support Centre?thanks kensume and the howling angles for the speecy information thing which i can see clearly all my devices and drivers but it still doesnt explain my problem
i tried downloading that dell suport thing but nothings working and i dont have warranty on my laptop

If so, I am very surprised as it certainly supports the Inspiron platform!
You would need to be in warranty to have Dell freely exchange components.
However you do not need warranty to download the support software.
