Fortunately, SIW2 helped you.
There was no problem at all when I install the new driver. My video card is the same as yours.
In case you face new problem latter, I like to tell you:
I am working in another Vista in the same PC! Use the CD came with the Dell computer I installed the second Vista in a extended partition. There is no cursor problem and the letters looks more clearly (use the same font, don't know why) under the second Vista.
