Computer look messed up

You will just need to restart the computer and tap F8 every second until you see the Advanced Boot Options screen. from there you will select Safe Mode. You will not lose anything.

Ok I will try it and report back .

I got it in safe mode and tried to change the resolution by moving the slider but nothing still everything looks the same.What do I do I do now?

Forgot to tell you .Sorry to be confusing I got that changed.Now I think I need to change the screen resolution.

You can experiment with different screen resolutions to see if they look better. If not, you can always just change them back. Do you have the latest video driver installed for you device?

I dont think he's applying the settings after changeing them. It looks like hes canceling instead of applying.

I have been trying to experiment with different screen resolution .And I am not sure about video driver .How do I look for that and install the latest.

I just wanted to tell you that I did a chat with dell and the problem was resolved .The dell rep told me that it was a a video card upgrade .Not sure what means I am just glad to have it fixed.Thanks for your help.
