Forgot they changed the wording on Windows 7 from Vista - and didn't check on a vista machine
The entry you want in vista is "Manage Network Connections" and not "Change adapter settings" everything else is as before.
You should see an entry for each network "adapter" on the machine, including the bluetooth. As previously stated you may want to disable this if it isn't used, (right click - Disable), if this is not viable then try changing the order as stated above.
