CAN I delete the Temp folder

I Found out that a temp folder is taking Up memory
alot may i add
so i was wondering can i delete the Temp folder
in appdata/Local/Temp
So can i delete it yes or no

dont delete the folder. you CAN delete the files inside it.

Normally you would use Disk Cleanup to have it clean the Temp files, but the tutorial below will show you how to do it manually if you like.

The free program CCleaner is great to use for this as well.
