I've been having the same issue for 4 years now. Mine arose from using spring wireless internet. You said that you cannot go online... Broadcom 802.11N network adapter wont cause you from connecting (I'm replying from the pc that has the same issue as yours.) So I would suggest to see what's gone wrong. Having all the CDs that came with the PC are a major help. However, the problem with the adapter is not getting solve that way - I tried.- I'm trying to find a way or software that can tell me what in specific is conflicting w. the adapter but NOTHING HAS WORK SO FAR. I no longer own sprint products of any kind and have uninstalled all useless drivers.
