Boot Failed after multiple errors before restarting

That was the final monthly rollup from January 2020 (not counting ESU updates, which I never discuss). I hope this doesn’t mean that you are unable to install any monthly rollup. I believe Windows Update should only offer the most recent rollup, but if you “hide” that, then it may offer the previous rollup, which might also cause the same issue. Is extended kernel already installed? Nobody at MSFN reported this issue 3 years ago, and it’s been more like 4 years since wither 3 gave up on Server 2008 updates, so he never installed that particular rollup.
Ive come to a conclussion, KB4530695, KB4534303 or KB 5010799 Break winload.exe and brick the OS beyond repair (trust me, i tried to repair it), installing any of them alone will do it, DO NO INSTALL THEM (unless you Run Server 2008 or later of course), if you want to install Server 2008 updates, hide thoose 3 updates, they are the 3 last updates in chronological order.
I still dont know why mi computer is refusing to install Vista or later after this fails forcing me to install XP and then install from within the system

Those are all server 2008 updates. I took a look at the prerequisites for KB5010799. You need other updates before you install it- KB5010799: Out-of-band update for Windows Server 2008 SP2: January 17, 2022 - Microsoft Support

Do you have Vista set to "Never for check for updates" when you're trying to install all these updates?

I'm really confused because you say Vista is installed but in the discussion you say it's refusing to install Vista.

The other issue is that you're installing a version with the english language when you want the spanish one. If you really want it in spanish, then you need to find the appropriate ISO and work with it.

You keep saying that but you also say it's installed and you're installing updates. Are those updates the server 2008 updates. I have Vista x64 Home Premium (for which I have a key) updated to 6.0.6.003 with the help of Vistaar and S1W2 and perhaps others. I forget which server 2008 update screwed me up before I gave it up. It was one of the later ones. Reminds me that I need to delete all those update files from my system.

You didn't say how you have the Windows Updater set.

Ive come to a conclusion, KB4530695, KB4534303....Break winload.exe
It’s not surprising that consecutive rollups could cause the same issue - except no one at MSFN reported such an issue in December 2019 or January 2020!? Perhaps Microsoft has implemented countermeasures against a specific hack that you are using, i.e. deliberately bricking you for being naughty.

I think it was a time bomb or sonething, because o had the ese updates installed without a problem, I think this is what happened, I had installed one or more of these updates and the time bomb went off while I was away, and when I resumed from hibernation, evetithing collapsed, and after saying its last words (shutdown chime) the instalation died, and well, the problems of installing it and figuring out whats the matter started, but I still dont know why it refused to instal even in a Brand NEW, out of the box SSD

I had problems installing KB's when the updater was set to automatic.

We can give you an ISO with all the updates, other than the server 2008 updates, but it's in English.

nah, the problem is "solved" now i know what causes problems, thoose 3 updates and a .reg file that came with older versions of the extended kernel, will now keep a cloned image of the drive if something happens

i shutdown the system, prepared a USB, booted up again and this happened...
Why would you have the issue when you're booting to a USB drive? Your PC might have tried to boot from the hard drive anyway and ignore the flash drive. You usually want to spam or hold the F12 key when it first turns on to access the boot menu. Then boot directly from the flash drive.

well, apparetly is not the .reg file, is the osver.ini you need to create to fool programs you are in a newer version of windows that creates a huge unstability, i will do a Repair upgrade to see if that solves the problems but lets see

So, do you have Vista Extended installed? Just wondered where you are on this.
i have now Vista Extended Kernel Working without a problem, i found out that with osver.ini, if you put that you are running 6.0 6002 or earlier, the system bugs and services crash, i put that i was on 6002 for looks but you have to leave it at 6003 or 6.1 7601 when you are installing something that requieres Win 7, as of the updates that caused the problem, they are gone, not even hidden, gone, when Windows checks for update they dont show up.
i have, finally, a fully functional Laptop again
About the 5GB of RAM i wanted, well... the DIMM does not work, if i put it alongside another module, it only recognizes de other module, and if i install it alone, the laptop does not post, maybe the module is faulty or it simply does not support a 4GB sitck, which i doubt because another user could use it with 5GB in this configuration but whatever, i will try to get my hands on a test system to see if the module is the problem, but as of now, im stuck with 3GB, which is enough and far better than the 2GB i had, and also i am now running at 667MHZ instead of 533MHz that the previous processor was limited to, as well as the DIMMs i purchased, i am now using a 2GB DIMM i bought with the original 1GB DIMM, now i know why it was 667MHz and not 533MHz the original module.
