Boilsoft video troubles at start-up

Hi,

With Boilsoft Video Joiner and/or Splitter:

At start-up, I have a nag screen, with the following error in french : "A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program..."

You will see more detail on the screenshots from my eventviewer on attached files.

Under Vista Business 32 bits

These programs were working a few months ago.

There can be several reasons that this is happening. Lets start with the browser. Download Firefox and see if the problem persisits when using that browser, at least as a test.

I will try it with and without FF.

PS: Both (Boilsoft Video Joiner and/or Splitter) programs are working on Safe Mode

I have Cometbird (FF platform) already installed on my computer, latest version 4.0

I closed CB and launch Boilsoft video, and I have the same error message:

"A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program..."

OK Dont get discouraged we have to use trial and error to find the problem
If it works in clean boot, follow the instructions
How to troubleshoot a problem by performing a clean boot in Windows Vista or in Windows 7

On clean boot, with all services disabled, it doesn't work.

If When you say does not work, you mean still have the problem
See if installing this gives any help

If you still have the installers for the program try uninstalling with Revo Uninstaller and reinstall.

I'm with Soluto at this time. It takes a long time to install it. I hope I won't have any trouble after, when uninstalling Soluto.

I already uninstalled Boilsoft and reinstall it with Revo, as this one is one of my favorite

You could uninstall Soluto with a system restore.

Net Framework is installing for now. What I don't understand, is that I had before a message 'Clean' Net Framework

Was the Boilsoft a trial version or full version?

Then just cancel it. You can then use a system restore to go back to the way it was.
