Unable to create a temporary folder to extract to.

Possible cause: you do not have proper permissions to create file or folder in your temporary folder.

I have given the file "run as administrator" and still get the same message.

The problem seems to be with blackberry downloads only??

Try to give it permissions per this tutorial. It is the same in Vista and Seven
Sharing and Permissions - Windows 7 Forums

Could you please explain your problem Clearly as I do not understand your Problem,

Be careful with the Blackberry OS as it is not the same as Insert the Expandability storage card and Make a folder

Have you tried using the Blackberry Desktop Manger to Edit your Files and Folders?
