Ok I got an answer already. Nothing has changed. They are just pointing out that 64-bit flash isn't supported except in 7. Badly worded unfortunately.
I pointed out that they really need to reword that warning.

The 32 bit player is supported on XP, Vista, and Windows 7. Since you're using the 32bit versions of FF and IE there's no change for you. For full system requirement details, please see:
