Administrative password

I have an HP with Vista home Premium. How do you access your administrative Password area for the computer it's self. Not the user accounts for windows. It says my adminisrative password is not enabled. I don't remember setting one up for the computer. What do I do.

Yes, I am logging on as the administator I set in user accounts. Gives you options for guest, standard user etc.
