I keep getting this. I got it randomly today I've restarted. It just keeps poping up

Have you changed any services? Svchost might be crashing because of that. Its also a bad idea.

I got rid of service pack 2.

The Anti-Rootkit was used once on my laptop and that was almost a month ago. I got the message today.

It pops up and I click it away. it last about a minute after clicking madness

yeah you can manually remove this.
