Nvidia Drivers?

I have a Fujitsu L1010 laptop. The video card is an Intel 4500MHD. I just looked at the startup programs and noticed that there is an Nvidia driver (NVIDIA Compatible Windows Display Driver, Version 174.90). There is also an Nvidia service in the Services section displaying nvvsvc.exe. I was wondering what those were for when I have an Intel 4500MHD and not an Nvidia card.

So I only have those files because there's another version of my laptop with a 9300M GS?

Wait I'm a little confused here. I thought I only have a version which has a 4500MHD and not a 9300GS.

Go into our device manager, and expand "Display Adapters" and it will tell you what graphic card you have.

Just to add, is it safe to remove the Nvidia drivers from the startup programs list?

No I would not do that because Nvidia drivers are also network, sound, chipset witch ever one you have.
