How to Enable or Disable the Vista Welcome Center for All Users Startup
Information
This will show you how to enable or disable the Welcome Center from running at startup or log on for all user accounts on the computer including any new user accounts created.
Note
By default the Welcome Center is enabled to run at startup until you disable it.
Tip
This can be handy to prevent the Welcome Center from running at log on or startup for new user accounts that you have created without having to manually disable the Welcome Center from within that new account.
Warning
- This tutorial will need to be done from a administrator account.
- If you enable the Welcome Center to run at startup and logon for all users, you may still need to manually enable the Welcome Center for a user account if it has been manually disabled for that single user account before to be able to see the Welcome Center at startup again.
