Zune and Vista

Microsoft sold me a Zune (mpg player) and the software disk was included.
Microsoft also sold me Vista in my Compaq (now HP).
But, Vista cannot handle Microsoft's Zune. What's the deal here?
Can Bill Gates be that greedy? The Zune problem is only one of my problems,
there are so many "issues" with Vista, I'd give my first born for good old XP.
Brand new OS and I'm already looking for fixes! Only with Microslop...

First off stop complaining about the Zune and download the version 2.5 software/driver for the Zune, and do make sure you have Service Pack 1 for Vista installed. Complaining about the Zune and Windows Vista won't get you any help.

Once the software is installed hook up the USB sync cable that came with the Zune, and you will be notified that there is a firmware update, which you will want to update too to use the 2.5 software.
