have the latest version of yahoo messenger, tried downloading others and it still would crash. I'm struggling to figure how to fix this issue despite googling it too? Tried reinstalling it multiple times, everythings updated. Do I just contact microsoft now? There has to be a fix to this... Everytime i close my yahoo messenger that error pops up and it freezes it. Any help would be gladly appreciated.

Don't want to sound rude, but I'd recommend Windows Live Messenger instead.

If you have friends you want to talk to on Yahoo!, WLM has support for those friends on Yahoo!... My Yahoo! had huge crashing issues in the past, thus I switched to WLM and soon adapted to it.
