Xbox 360 through PC Monitor or PC through TV

I was just wondering that if i got a TV with PC input would i get the same quality graphics from my pc on the tv.

OR

If i bought a monitor with 2 scart inputs would this work? (Not too sure about this one working)

Or any other ideas, basically i would prefere to only have one tv/pc monitor on my desk. Id also, just to note, wouldnt be using them at the same time.

you mean like this?
i do this using a standard VGA HD adaptor for xbox 360. however my monitor also supports HDMI connections.
