workaround for expensive Toshiba e-studio 150 Vista x64

No vista home premium x64 printer driver for Toshiba e-studio 150 copier/printer. Searched for hours. Other than copying files to a networked computer, isn't there some kind of workaround possible through networking so I can just shoot stuff directly to the printer? (Of course the normal networked printer routine won't work without a Vista 64 driver). Also tried Vmware virtual machine but it says the printer is trying to scan when it's not, probably because Vista won't stop trying to communicate with it. (ms virtual pc doesn't work on vista home premium x64).

Printer is too expensive to become a paperweight.

Any help would be much appreciated,

Use the built in x64 2k3 driver for the Ricoh Aficio AP3800C PS.

So far I have Color, Duplexing, Tray options working properly with this driver, but the finisher doesn't want to staple... better than it being a large paperweight though.

Linksys printer server would work. It is 15 pages a minute. Its only B/W? I would trade it in on something else. I would invest in a new all in one color printer. I have a USB capable Epson RX620. I brought it on sale from Epson for $150. It does color photos, scanning, slide scanning, 16 or 17ppm printing of text.

The Linksys printer server would work without a 64 bit driver?, as long as the printer is installed on the other networked (non-64 bit os) computer?
It's B/W, however, it originally cost me $750 smackers, so it's kinda important to me. It's a fast toner copier, printer, scanner, but I'd be happy just to be able to print.

An old workstation as the print server would work. Most print servers don't require a driver. They are self-contained units. They connect off your router. You could get a router w/print server.

Thanks Michael, and I also got another good workaround working !!!!!!

I got a vmware virtual machine running Vista 32 bit (on top of 64 bit system) to recognize my printer attached to my laptop running XP. This works great. You can set up shared folders as well so that when you work on your files on x64, all you have to do is click on your virtual machine and PRINT away !!!!!!!!! If anyone wants help with their printer, I'd be glad to assist.
