work network problems

My work just got a new HP with a 64 bit vista system, and its hookup to the sever and everything is working but, the printer its useing isn't letting me shure it with everyone else. everytime i try to access the computer for on of the different computers it says "windows can not access" and i have all sharing files and printer on. I don't know what to do I hint a wall and it hurts.

I turned the firewall to file sharing and it still wont let me through.
