WMP 11 v11.0.6000.6344 can't play stream media

Hi, I have a Vista Home Premium 32 and WMP 11 version 11.0.6000.6344 installed in my notebook and when I try to play streaming media from a Web Site, I get the following error:

C00D1199

I have tried everything to solve this problem but nothing worked so far. I also have a desktop with Windows WP Professional and WMP 11 installed and it plays just fine all streaming media.

Can anyone help me find a solution?

OK, but it was working before and suddenly stopped working. Besides, I have installed tons of codecs to fix the bug and it keeps on and on. I know there must be a codec missing (even though it`s strange that it worked before) but I wanted to find an easy way to figure out which one is?
