WLM down again

Have been trying to sort a friends Toshiba laptop out as her mail suddenly stopped working.

I created a Live account using her current ISP mail address and installed WLM and added the account for her normal address and it worked fine up to the 7th and now has stalled yet again.

I tried adding another account and that proved to be useless.

Now I tried setting up a hotmail account to add it and see if if I can get something running but all I get is the welcome from the hotmail team - have sent a test message from my computer but it has not come through.

So I am at a loss as to what to do next?

sorry my friend I had forgotten this one - have had to fix it with another hotmail account as the Live team are pretty slow and not terribly helpful.
