Wireless HDMI

I'm looking to wirelessly hook a TV HDMI port to my Wireless Network. Can anybody tell me if there is a way to do this?

What I want to be able to do is to wirelessly stream video and audio to the HDMI port on my TV. Any Ideas, anyone?

I just did the google search and read probably 20 articles and advertisements. It's very expensive. There has GOT to be a better way. I just want to watch movies from my laptop (such as Netflix). :zip:

Anything like this will be pricey... You could always go with a cheaper media player, an do it that way, but again, its over 150 bucks plus.

And not sure if netflix will run.

If your laptop is wireless and the connection you want between your laptop and the TV is wireless, and you want to watch movies from Netflix, I think you will have issues. If your laptop has an HDMI connection, I would move the laptop close to the TV and use the HDMI with only the laptop connection to the router being wireless. Or, who is your TV provider, do they have Netflix access?
