Winspool.drv issue

I keep getting this error about winspool.drv; I have been researching it for hours now and cannot seem to find anything useful. I ran a checkdisk /f and it recognized that I have some bad sectors, but did not resolve the issue. I am running Vista Home Premium 64 and I've attached an example of the error. I get this error for many different programs including but not limited to Firefox, Media Player Classic, Chrome, and even Notepad.
