Winrscmde stopped working!

My windows Vista Ultimate keeps giving me the following mesage, Wnrscmde stopped workingand was closed; follow by " A problem caused the application to stop working correctly. Windows will notify you if a solution is available." This mesage comes back everytime I closed it! Any help will be highly appreciated.

In addition to what richc46 has said you can also try few troubleshooting steps to check if the issue gets fixed:
