WinRAR compression

question show do i put a limit size on a file that i want to compress. lets say i have 700MB file if i right click and choose to "add to ...."" it compressed the file to one compressed RAR file, but i want them to be broken up by lets say 100MB or under 200MB... i looked in the settings but couldnt figure it out?

thanks but not really i guess i need more simple instructions, it maybe cause i have an evaluation copy of winRAR because it doesnt seem to work.

I used HJSplit and it works fine, at the main screen i select "split" it asks me to locate file and how would i like to split the in size. I just wish I could figure out how to use WinRAR because its more well known.
