Windows Update

When trying to run Windows Update I get error Code 80072EDF, Windows cannot search for new updates, also I get notice You have lost your connection to the Windows Help and Support. My internet connection works. I tried to run System Restore but get the message that System Restore could not be completed because of an unkbow error. Any ideas what is going on?

Welcome to the Forum.

Check that your firewall is not blocking windows update (turn it of to update.....Dont forget to turn it on again)
