Windows Update Failed for KB982799

I keep getting an error: 800b0100 when I try to install this security patch (Vista x86). It's the only thing NOT installed. I've tried running the System Update Readiness Tool, but it doesn't find anything wrong (no point in posting the logs - as it shows: No errors detected).

I'm out of ideas as google didn't help find anything.
